Alfredo is an Evaluation Analyst with CIF . He is an Economist with 8 years of professional experience in project management, design, and monitoring and evaluation for sustainable development across both the public and private sector. He has a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs with an Economic and Political Development concentration. His professional experience includes sustainable development (e.g. climate finance, renewable energies and energy storage deployment, and sustainable financing strategies for biodiversity conservation) and public spending budgetary optimization tools focused on Products-for-Results. Before joining CIF, he worked for two years as a consultant on Energy Storage and Renewable Energy at the World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP), where he co-led the Energy Storage Partnership Secretariat, provided cross-support to renewable energy and energy storage projects, and elaborated economic and financial analysis for projects.
